Statement of Goals:
Our goal is to have a concise and complimentary line package that will enable us to maximize market penetration in our territory by expanding on our sales
to each account as well as being able to sell a broader range of retail outlets in the territory that we cover.
Personnel Qualifications:
We are active rep principals with defined territories and account base as well as performing managerial duties. This enables us to be in touch with changes
in the market as well as being able to interact with our accounts on a one to one basis.
Gene Izworski has over 30 years experience in consumer goods sales
and sales management. He shares the management responsibilities and coverage of major accounts with his wife, Gee
who has over twenty years experience in gift sales. As GHTA’s Education Chairmen she authored a two day sales seminar, Training in the Gift Industry, and
has trained gift reps around the country.
Bobbie Wilson, based in Columbus, has been with us for over 10 years, covers central and southwest Ohio and is our number one rep.
Diane Marting has many years as a buyer with Macy’s Department stores and is keyed in on buyer’s wants and needs.
She covers our western Pennsylvania and West Virginia territories.
Teresa Arn was raised in the stock room of a retail store and has served as a clerk to buyer. She also has many years of
sales and service experience and truely understands the needs of retailers. She covers our eastern Ohio territory.
Debra Cox has been a sales rep in the gift business for many years. She covers our northern Ohio territory.
Our reps have a strong working relationship with the accounts in their territories.
